Sightseeing

A good way to get to know a new place and its special attractions is to take a guided tour. In Norway there are hundreds of different sightseeing tours available, with well-informed guides who are eager to share their knowledge with you.

The most common sightseeing activity in big cities is a round-trip bus tour. Since many of Norway's cities are situated on the coast, there are also many guided boat trips. And in several places there are small electric trains that drive around the city streets. These are especially popular with children.
