Culture Two Norwegian films to the Critics' Week in Cannes The two Norwegian films "The bothersome man" and "Free Jimmy" will both be screened at the International Critics' Week at the Cannes film festival 17-28 May. An additional two movies from Norway are invited to the renowned festival on France's gold coast, and this year's entries mark Norway strongest participation at the festival ever. + Culture Norwegian director receives the Palme d'Or 02/06/2006 :: Norwegian director Bobbie Peers' debut film "Sniffer" won the Palme d'Or in the best short film category in Cannes, making Peers the first Norwegian to bring home this coveted award. Another Norwegian film "The bothersome man" received praise in the Critics' Week's own awards. +		Culture Norwegian film wins honour at AFI festival 16/11/2005 :: ’Kissed by Winter’ won the top jury prize in the international feature film competition for best film at this year’s AFI (American Film Institute) Film Fest in Los Angeles. +
