First Phase: Preparation
Innovation Norway conducts a market evaluation to establish whether the Norwegian company is suited for doing business in Bangladesh. If the potential is determined, the Norwegian company submits an application along with a company profile. This profile forms the basis for the search for potential partners in Bangladesh.
Second Phase: Partner Search
Innovation Norway’s contact person at the embassy, Tazeen Monir Choudhury, identifies companies that match the company profile. This process includes meeting with potential partners, visiting their facilities and acquiring their profile.
Third Phase: Visit
The Norwegian company is invited to meet with the selected Bangladeshi companies and is welcomed to bring with them a consultant from Innovation Norway in Oslo on their visit.
Fourth Phase: Cooperation
Innovation Norway assists in the process; right up to the long term agreement between the two companies is signed.
